In this episode, we discuss the ins and outs of sports wagering. The history of sports betting, how it became legal in the US (at least in many states), and we discuss how you don’t necessarily need to go to Las Vegas to gamble.
Ron breaks down the spread, the over and under, moneyline, and why there’s a “.5” in many of the wagers you see.
We also discuss wins and losses, not only with Ron but some of his unnamed (and named) buddies. We talk about his biggest wins, and why he holds a grudge against the Texas Longhorns (and it’s not because they left the Big12 conference.)
We get into why it is wise to bet responsibly.
Finally, Ron gives us a few good bets. Due to when this was taped, I went ahead and posted the Ireland game and the UNC/Minnesota game on here (hint: he went 2-0.)
